This reminds me of my coworker with her 4 grandkids. She has the best times with them, especially if it's just her and them. She takes them places, has them help her on what she calls "creative projects", taught the two oldest how to do basic cooking, etc. They sleep over once a week. I think the youngest is a year or two older than your youngest. The joy in her face when she talk about them is just like reading this :)
