Oh dear, it never seems to get easier, does it? I do hope the radiation therapy works for your sister, and of course that the Mothership has an easier time over the next few weeks - a holiday gift for you and the family.
Enjoy your newly-swanked nails. I can't wear/do anything like that, it plays havoc with my allergies. Plus, all those years as a cello player simply made me immune to the "I want long, pretty fingernails" theme.
