They always are. I currently have a dog but I rent my parents upstairs and my brother lives with them so there are 3 cats running around. I hope my girl lives many years more - she is 9 and was born Mayday. Still thinks that she is 4. But she does have the mutt factor (hybrid vigor) and someone who has studied the animal science working in her favor:)
